Bee Hive Cake
This cake was made for Evan's 2nd Adoption Day. Evan loves to catch bumble bees with his Ampa and his Daddy. Did you know that if they have a white or yellow dot on their head that they won't sting you? Well, Evan does! Happy Adoption Day, Evan! April 2007
I made the bees, flowers and the icing using fondant icing.
add a dot so that it would be a nice bumble bee.
Easter Bunny Cake Version # 2
Peep Cupcakes
I threw these together for us to enjoy using leftover grass from the Easter Bunny Cake
that I had made for someone the day before.
Volcano & Dinosaur Cake

Thomas the Train Cake
Of course, birthday are always special but since Evan was in Russia and not with us on his first one they are extra special for us. I just love them! Evan was very proud of his Thomas cake! This cake was done with a grassy 2 layer round cake as a base, but can also be done without it.
Thanks, Brooke for letting me borrow your pan!!
Happy 3rd Birthday Evan! June 2006
Wedding Bell Cake
This cake was done for a small shower so it's only one layer, but can be done in two layers. This was my first attempt at roses...they turned out great! Fall 2006
Bob the Builder Cake
Army Tank Cake
The picture isn't very clear, but the tank wheels were made from Oreo cookies and Twizzlers for the track. Complete with Camo icing, gun, and army man coming out of the Oreo hatch.
Happy Birthday, Wesley!! October 2006
Golf Cake
I made this cake for Clay's birthday while we were on vacation in Hilton Head. This cake was a lot of fun to make. The grass was made from colored cocunut, the sand traps were brown sugar, the trees were gumdrops and pretzels, the green was green sugar, the flag was a pretzel with a fruit roll up, and the golf ball was a tic-tac. The rest was buttercream icing.
